Ipsita Dasgupta leaves Hotstar to join Apple India

Ipsita Dasgupta has quit Hotstar to join Apple India.
Dasgupta, who was the President of Strategy and New Ventures at Hotstar, will now head Apple's streaming services, Apple TV+, Apple Music and the App Store, according to Economic Times.
Dasgupta commenced her stint at Apple this month. She succeeds Khusboo Ponwar, who left the organisation last year. Apple India country head Ashish Chowdhary will continue to head sales and devices.
