Research shows 3.74 million motorists seriously damaged their cars while parking in 2019, with an average repair bill of £396
Drivers in the UK spend a total of around £1.5 billion repairing damage on their cars from parking prangs, new research shows.
Skoda UK surveyed 2,000 motorists, of whom 11 per cent said they had seriously damaged their car while parking in 2019. This is equivalent to 3.74 million drivers, with an average repair cost each time of £396.
