James had defended Marvel movies following Francis' comments
Guardians Of The Galaxy director James Gunn has defended Marvel movies after fellow film director Francis Ford Coppola branded them as ‘despicable'.
Francis had previously argued that the much-loved superhero movies were repetitive, as he failed to understand how ‘anyone gets anything' from seeing the films over and over again.
James since took to Instagram to share a photo of the Guardians Of The Galaxy characters Rocket and Groot , alongside a lengthy statement where he argued that all movie genres have faced their fair share...
