I've had a negative relationship with exercise my entire life, due largely to anxiety, feeling personally awkward, and a lack of knowledge and skill in the fitness space.
Rumble Boxing , a boxing-inspired group fitness class, completely changed my way of thinking via a validating environment created by its trainers.
Boxing is not only a healthy coping mechanism and stress reliever but the nature of Rumble's classes ultimately helps quiet my active mind.
