A&E waiting times have reached their worst in over a decade as every major unit in England failed to hit its target for the first time, NHS figures show.
Health experts seized on the data to urge Boris Johnson 's government to deliver on its spending pledges and warned the NHS faces its toughest winter on record.
The NHS England report found 81.4% of A&E patients were seen within the four-hours in November, against a target of 95%.
This is the worst performance on this measure since targets were introduced just over 10 years...
