Officers swooped on Reddish Vale Country Park in Stockport, Greater Manchester, during searches this afternoon
An escaped prisoner is on the run in Manchester.
Police have launched a manhunt after a 21-year-old man fled from hospital and escaped custody.
Officers are currently searching Reddish Vale Country Park in Stockport, Greater Manchester, and a police helicopter has also been scrambled to the scene.
Charged with a series of offences, he had been due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court court today, MEN report.
