New York City announces curfew for Monday night

New York City will be under a curfew rule beginning 11 p.m. Monday night, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Monday.
Details of the curfew's rules were not immediately clear.
Protests have led to crowds in Brooklyn and Manhattan in recent days, in some cases turning violent.
