Greece rolls out the red carpet for Xi Jinping

ATHENS - Greece rolled out the red carpet for Chinese President Xi Jinping, hoping for even broader investment from Beijing, which sees the southern European country as its door to the rest of the Continent.
“My recent visit to Shanghai and yours today is inaugurating a new era in our relations,” Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis told Xi during a press conference. The Chinese leader's visit comes just a week after Mitsotakis traveled to China to attend the International Import Expo.
