Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has revealed that he reached out to Pep Guardiola and his old Manchester City colleagues after they were handed a two-year Champions League ban.
The reigning Premier League champions were adjudged to have breached Financial Fair Play rules by UEFA and kicked out of the competition, though City intend to appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport .
