Rugby mourns sudden death of Christophe Dominici

Former France international star Christophe Dominici has died at the age of 48.
The news was announced by Stade Francais, for whom he played for 11 years, while he was capped 65 times by France between 1998 and 2007.
A statement on stade.fr read: “It is with immense sadness and heartbreak that Stade Francais Paris learn of the of Christophe Dominici.
“During the 11 years spent in our colours, Christophe, thanks to his incredible talent and his class, greatly contributed to writing the legend of the club.

France rugby legend Christophe Dominici dies suddenly aged 48

French rugby great Christophe Dominici has died suddenly at the age of 48
Legendary former France winger Christophe Dominici has died suddenly at the age of 48.
Dominici scored 25 tries in 67 matches for Les Bleus from 1998 to 2007 and played for La Valette, Toulon and Stade Francais at club level.
He announced himself on the global stage at the 1999 World Cup with his searing pace and trickery and starred as France beat New Zealand before losing out to Australia in the final.
Dominici went on to represent his country at both the 2003 and 2007 World Cups.
