England captain Joe Root has hailed Virat Kohli as the ‘most complete player' in world cricket ahead of Steve Smith and Kane Williamson.
India captain Kohli boasts an extraordinary record in all three formats, averaging 54 in Tests, 59 in ODIs and 51 in T20Is.
The 31-year-old is also the most prolific run-scorer in Indian Premier League history and is closing in on 6,000 runs for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
