Thousands of Highland families benefit from Baby Box scheme

Thousands of Highland families has benefited from the Scottish Government's baby box scheme, new figures have revealed.
A total of 6,013 families in the north have benefitted from the scheme, which aims to give every single child an equal start in life.
Across the country, 120,000 boxed have been delivered to families since its launch in April 2017.
Each box contains a selection of clothes and must have items including aa bath towel, travel changing mat, muslin cloth squares, a bib, digital thermometer and books.
The box now also includes a reusable nappy voucher, which 297 families in NHS...
