These gingerbread Christmas tree biscuits are good for the planet and they're really yummy, too. Get baking, gang!
How to make Christmas tree biscuits
What you'll need...
250g unsalted butter 200g dark muscovado sugar 7 tbsp golden syrup 600g plain flour 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 4 tsp ground ginger
Icing sugar
Rolling pin
Pan
Mixing bowl
Wooden spoon
Knife
Baking sheets
Ribbon or string
Sweets, sprinkles and food colourings for decorating
Step 1
