The new Covid-19 app is coming under fire after users are unable to login their results
The new NHS Covid-19 app is leaving some users unable to input their negative test results, forcing them to stay in 14-day isolation.
If users want to register the outcome of their test, they're asked to input in a code they received with their results.
However, the code is only sent to them if the test is positive, not negative.
One of the app's features allows users to check off their symptoms and, if necessary, the programme begins a 14-day self-isolation countdown, advising them to get tested.
