Law enforcement mysteriously seized hundreds of face masks that were being mailed to George Floyd protesters, rights group says

The Movement for Black Lives claims shipments of face masks meant for protesters in Washington, DC, St. Louis, New York City, and Minneapolis were seized by law enforcement.
The face masks, some of which are emblazoned with the words "Stop Killing Black People," were being sent to protesters to protect them from the coronavirus as they went out.
"It appears they want to ensure that people who protest are susceptible to the same deadly pandemic that they have failed miserably at stopping," a spokesperson for the rights group told HuffPost .

Law enforcement agents have seized hundreds of cloth masks that read “Stop killing Black people” and “Defund police” that a Black Lives Matter-affiliated organisation sent to cities around the country to protect demonstrators against the spread of Covid-19, a disease that has had a disparate impact on Black communities.
