Boris Johnson refused to sign the letter he sent the EU
Judges at Scotland's highest court have delayed a decision on whether Boris Johnson fully complied with the Benn Act.
The act dictates that the Prime Minister must ask the EU for an extension to the Article 50 negotiation period if MPs do not support his deal.
At a hearing in the Court of Session, it was accepted that Boris has observed part of the legislation by sending a request letter to the EU.
