Frank Lampard insisted there was no issue over Chelsea's hierarchy of penalty takers after Ross Barkley missed a spot kick in their loss to Valencia.
Chelsea looked to be heading for a goalless draw, before Rodrigo fired in Valencia's winning goal with 15 minutes to go. Barkley's subsequent missed penalty came after some confusion over who would take it, but Lampard was keen to move on from the issue.

Frank Lampard has backed Ross Barkley, claiming that the midfielder WAS his assigned penalty taker, and the missed spot kick against Valencia was not taken off anyone else.
He was speaking to BT Sport after the game, and while the interview was a little tense, he stuck to the story that Cesar Azpilicueta put out earlier in his player interview - Ross was meant to take it, and he just missed. As simple as that.
