Chelsea could look to rival Manchester City for centre back who's fee has just been slashed

All Chelsea's transfer talk is naturally surrounding Kai Havertz rumours right now.
But Frank Lampard should really be looking to bring in another centre back this summer, as well as the attacking midfielder.
The Blues have been leaking goals all season and it is certainly an area they need to tighten up. They have a lack of leadership and dominance on the pitch, especially at the back, so the opportunity to bring in a player of such calibre should be jumped on by Lampard and co.
