Kumbulla is a target for Chelsea
Chelsea are prepared to pay £21million upfront to sign Hellas Verona star Marash Kumbulla, according to reports in Italy.
Kumbulla is a rising star in Serie A, only turned 20 in February and is a top target of Antonio Conte 's Inter Milan.
However, Italian publication L'Arena claim Chelsea are keen to beat their former manager to the signing and have indicated they will pay a significant sum for the young centre-back.
