ClientEarth has organised a series of webinars on the European legal framework applying to access to justice in environmental matters. Recordings are available on the links below.
Those webinars are intended for public interest lawyers, judges, public authorities and NGOs.
This initiative is part of the ATOJ-EARL (Access to Justice - Education and Awareness raising of Legal professionals) project led by ClientEarth and Justice and Environment with the support of the European Commission LIFE programme. The goal of this project is to raise awareness and train legal professionals on access to justice in environmental matters.
