Manchester's Newest Restaurant Has Created A Six-Course Menu Based On Your Local Chippy

A brand new foodie concept is heading to Manchester this month, bringing along an exciting new menu for Mancs to try out.
Six By Nico, the brainchild of renowned Scottish-Italian chef Nico Simeone, is opening a restaurant in Manchester this July - and the the first menu theme has just been announced.
What's the concept behind Six By Nico?
Every six weeks, Six By Nico serves a brand new six-course tasting-menu - each one themed upon a different place, memory or idea. So you and your mates could be trying a fresh menu with brand new dishes every time you dine.
What's Manchester's first theme?
Six By Nico, which is based in Spring Gardens in the city centre, has just revealed its new theme when it opens in July: the local chip shop. You can't get more English than that.
‘The Chippie' will kick-start the series of evolving concepts, with flavours of the traditional fish and chip shop taking centre stage on the menu.
