World Cup legend Maradona quits as Gimnasia manager after just two months in charge of Argentinian club

DIEGO MARADONA has officially quit Argentina side Gimnasia after just two months in charge.
The 59-year-old World Cup legend was alleged to have met with close friends at his home in Buenos Aires last weekend to discuss his exit from the top-flight club.

Speaking of Maradona's departure, club president Gabriel Pellegrino said Maradona told him: “I want to add, not to divide.”
Maradona did not take training today and this marks the end of what is believed to be his EIGHTH club in management.
