Brendan Grace was laid to rest in Dublin today
Today Brendan Grace was laid to rest in Ireland, after he died four days ago aged 68.
TV stars and celebrities turned out to bid farewell to the comedian at a service in Dublin, with thousands of tearful fans wearing green and lining the streets on Monday.
Brendan, who starred in Father Ted, died last week in hospital, ‘peacefully' and surrounded by wife Eileen and their four children, following a battle with lung cancer.
His coffin was carried through the streets past mourners as it made its way from Church of St Nicholas of Myra.
