Jaco Peyper will be subject to a World Rugby investigation after being pictured reenacting Sebastien Vahaamahina's now-infamous elbow, for which the referee sent him off.

France have called for an investigation into a photograph of referee Jaco Peyper in which he makes fun of Sebastien Vahaamahina's red card.
South African Peyper showed Vahaamahina a red card for elbowing Wales flanker Aaron Wainwright in their 20-19 World Cup quarter-final game.
In full view of Oita Stadium, the Clermont lock struck Wainwright on the jaw while France staged an attacking maul, leaving Peyper to make one of the easier decisions of his career.
